Full Day Brief outline:
Taster day rock climbing and abseiling on the scenic coast of Cornwall.

Suggested itinerary:
Meet and greet at the location
Walk into crag (approximately 15min)
Brief and kit up Get climbing
Lunch
Test you’re new found skills on some more challenging climbs
Abseiling - you have tried your hand at going up now test your nerve at going down
Walk back to the vehicles

Full session management

What should I wear?
Comfortable warm outdoor clothing and comfortable outdoor footwear e.g. trainers or walking boots. Also bring lunch and plenty of fluids.

How long should I allow for this experience:
Full day 6 ½ hours. Start 10am 

Are there any restrictions:
Over 8 year old's can climb. (please enquire about younger) 17 stone weight limit. Special requirements or health concerns must be discussed at time of booking. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All participants will be asked to fill out a medical consent form. For those under 18 their parents/guardian will need to sign for them.
