Bodyboarding Experience Day
Enjoy a two hour morning lesson and then hold on to all of the equipment for the rest of the day.
You don't need to return it until the following morning so you can make the most of the whole day and into the evening!
This is a great way to enjoy some quality time with friends and family after your lesson, whilst practicing your new found skills on Newquay's Fistral Beach - the home of British Surfing. It is also excellent for a day of activity.
An introduction to bodyboarding
This includes:
Equipment: choosing the right kit
Warming up
How to handle the board
Riding your bodyboard 'prone'
Reading ocean conditions
General beach safety
Bodyboarding terminology
Safely stopping.
If you've already covered the basics we'll tailor the lesson to suit your needs
1 x two hour lesson + Hire of equipment for rest of the day
Your lesson price includes - instruction, equipment, changing facilities, insurance and safe storage of clothing.
Restrictions:
• We would suggest you can swim at least 50m in a pool.
• Need to have completed a medical questionnaire
What to Bring:
Towel
Sunscreen and swimsuit/shorts for under wetsuit.

Lessons are available everyday with AM and PM slots available. Please specify at checkout preferred day/s, and what type of booking you require e.g. family, all ladies, group etc. and we will get back to you with the sessions available which best suit your requirements.
